These Terms of Service govern your use of UV Technologies AI's website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
UV Technologies AI provides website design and development, SEO services, network installation, security camera systems, WiFi setup, and data analytics services to businesses primarily in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta, Canada.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required before project commencement
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion and client approval
- Monthly SEO retainers billed on the 1st of each month
- All prices quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Invoices due within 14 days of issue
Project Delivery
Website projects are delivered within 7 business days from receipt of all required content and deposit. Network installations are scheduled within 48 hours of deposit receipt, subject to travel and equipment availability. Data analytics reports are delivered within 3–5 business days.
Revisions
All website projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at an agreed hourly rate. Network installations include one free follow-up visit within 30 days if any issues arise from the original installation.
Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment, clients own all website code, design assets and deliverables created for their project. UV Technologies AI retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranties
Network installations carry a 90-day workmanship warranty. Websites include 30 days of free support following delivery. Data analytics reports are warranted to accurately represent the data provided to us.
Limitation of Liability
UV Technologies AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.
